Lookie! What's that??

I was on my way home from Whitesands, walking my usual route. Being very attentive to my surroundings, I'd always look closely to where I'm walking. After walking past a few void decks, I paused, looking down as something caught my attention.
It looks like a normal tiny bird...Take a closer look:
It looked more normal in a picture but when i saw it, i thought the feet was bigger than it should have been? And the thing was, it was moving weirdly.
It tried to move forward in a tiny jump but it failed. And remained stationary. I dunno why, seeing this thing felt weird for me even though it was just a normal bird...
Here's a short video i recorded and don't bother watching unless you're super free cos my hands were too unstable and the angle was kinda wrong so you know what happens to the video. Except that you can see how it was moving weird.
