Seung Hyun, the demon, encounters upon a small child and decides to raise him; naming him Ji Yong. Their relationship is taken to another level day by day as Seung Hyun’s cruel past awakens. Romance blooms between the two but what happens when Ji Yong and Seung Hyun are much different for acceptance in the society?

Chapter six: Awakening past...
Ji Yong had his stomach against Seung Hyun’s bed as he ate chocolate ice-cream. His feet dangled carelessly in the air, “Hyung...want some?” he asked the older who was sitting at the other end the bed, reading the newspaper.
“No thanks...” he replied back, paying no attention to Ji Yong. The younger pouted and came over to Seung Hyun,
“Pay attention to meeeeeee....” he whined grabbing the news paper from him dropping it in the floor. Seung Hyun laughed and sighed,
“What do you want Ji Yong?” he asked softly taking the smaller boy and placing him in his lap.
“What are demons?” he asked. Seung Hyun blinked, nobody had asked this question to him before.
“Well...they are like....creatures....who....do..um...bad things...yeah...”
“but you’re not bad”
“How do you know that?”
“I just do...” the smaller said placing a chaste kiss in Seung Hyun’s cheek. “Can we sleep now?” he asked as he yawned. Seung Hyun smiled and carried him bridal style to the bed.
He gently placed the frail body and cuddled to it as Seung Hyun pulled the blanket over the two.
“Night...” Ji Yong said.
“Good night love” Seung Hyun replied as he rested his head in the pillow. The wind gently blew as it too whispered, Good night.

The weather had been getting colder lately as the green leaves slowly turned a light shade of brown. Ji Yong cuddled closer to Seung Hyun as they walked hand in hand.
“It’s so cold...” the younger retorted. Seung Hyun chuckled and took off his coat. He put the piece of cloth around Ji Yong and smiled.
“Thank you!” Ji Yong said as he hugged Seung Hyun.
As they walked further into the path leading to a forest, Seung Hyun’s mind drifted off to Serria. He didn’t want to recall what happened two years ago, but he could never forget his terrible past.
Two years ago, Tae Bin had gone insane and wooded many other demons because he wanted to gain power from the other demons. If he killed a demon and ate its flesh, the demon would be able to gain resistance towards light - the ultimate weapon to hurt demons.
Tae Bin went so far that he even killed their mother and attempted to kill Seung Hyun as well. He could never forget those words,
“I could kill you too you know...but you know, I won’t. You’ll come handy later....”
Tae Bin had put on a spell upon the citizens that had them forgetting what had happened, but Seung Hyun could never forget it.
With the thought, he shuddered and hugged Ji Yong tight. “Promise me...you won’t disappear from my life...” Seung Hyun said as tears fell from his eyes.
Ji Yong was surprised at the sudden pull from the older but soon he clutched into Seung Hyun even deeper. “I promise...” the younger said as they shared a warm kiss.

“Hyung, what’s this?” Ji Yong asked as he examined the red rectangular box. It had the letters “Pepero” written against it with pictures of long what looked like chocolate.
Seung Hyun chucked at the clueless Ji Yong, he looked adorable. “It’s pepero, Ji...” he said as he opened the boy to take out a thin, long biscuit with chocolate covering its surface. He held the it in front of Ji Yong, “Try it” he said.
Ji Yong leaned forward and took a small bite, his eyes widened, “It’s good...” he said as he continued to chew the rest.
Seung Hyun grinned as a thought emerged his mid, “You know, you don’t eat it like that...” he said as he took out another pepero stick.
“How do you eat it then?!” the younger asked excitedly. Seung Hyun grinned and chuckled, could he get any cuter?
“Well, a person has to eat the one end of the pepero while another eats the other end, it’s like a game...only more intimate after it starts to get shorter” he said, laughing.
Ji Yong pouted, “I wanna try with hyuuuug...” he said as he took out another pepero stick and partially put it in his mouth. He held it in front of Seung Hyun and smiled.
Seung Hyun laughed and closed in, taking the other end with his mouth this time. Slowly, both continued to eat the ends until they touched their noses.
Seung Hyun took the initiative to bite the last bit and rest his lips against Ji Yong’s. He tasted sweet; even though Seung Hyun didn’t like dessert, Ji Yong tasted way better.
Ji Yong smiled into the kiss and tried to deepen it by hugging Seung Hyun’s body and burring himself in his face. Seung Hyun immediately slid his tongue to even more deepen the make out.
“Aww.... so cute...” came a voice from the window. “Sorry to ruin the lovely moment....brother”
