Chapter eight
Seung Hyun froze at the sight of Ji Yong holding his dairy. This battered brown notebook contained every second of his life. It was a present from his grandfather after he passed away when Seung Hyun was ten. Every page had pieces of his life in it; all his emotions and daily events.
“Where did you get that?” Seung Hyun asked, reaching to grab the object from Ji Yong’s hand.
“Wasn’t hard to find when it was basically open in your work desk downstairs” the younger grinned as started to run away from the other.
“Come back, I’m not going to play games with you!” Seung Hyun shouted, running behind the shorter boy.
“Well then, you can’t have it back!” Ji Yong laughed, going to the other side of the pool. It was still afternoon and the sun shone brightly in the sky.
Seung Hyun sighed and let out a soft whine before attempting to catch the other again. After an hour, Ji Yong gave up and threw the dairy down the stair as the older caught it with all his heart.
“How many pages have you read?” he asked, a worried expression creeping towards his face.
“Enough to know you’re still a virgin and you’ve never dated before” Ji Yong winked as he descended down the stairs.
Seung Hyun burned in embarrassment as he made a mental note to find another place for the notebook. “You know, it’s childish to pry into other’s people business” he retorted back, glaring at the younger boy.
“Maybe, but its fun!” Ji Yong replied back, laughing. “So are you still up to go somewhere, I’m bored” he said, plopping into the couch.
“You are unbelievable” Seung Hyun said, shaking his head lightly as he took the sit across the other.
“I’m awesome like that” the boy giggled before offering a victory smile.
“Did you have any place in mind?” the older asked, surprised by his patience with the trouble maker.
“The beach, the movies, a hotel - ”
“Ji Yong!” Seung Hyun snapped.
“You know you want me” the other retorted as he licked his lips.
“You know what, forget it - ”
“Hyunnie~”
“Don’t call me that!” The older shouted. “Just behave proper for once, will you?” he pleaded.
“But that won’t be fun” Ji Yong whined.
“How do you know that?” Seung hyun asked.
“Well, it doesn’t look like it” the other said as he eyed the older up and down.
“I’m fun!” the man defended.
“Sure” Ji Yong cooed, going over to the fridge in hopes of finding something to drink.
“I AM!” Seung Hyun defended; he couldn’t believe he was arguing with a kid.
“Yeah? Then let’s go to a club” the younger challenged.
“Fine!” the man spat with a second consent.
“How about we hit the beach and then the club after, I know a great place” Ji Yong suggested, giving up on finding a beverages. There were plenty but all of them were healthy and he hated vegetable juice.
It hit Seung Hyun suddenly that he had just agreed to go to a club. He became nervous and wanted to take it back, but he also wanted to prove to Ji Yong that he was fun.
“So are we going?” the younger asked, leaning against the fridge door, placing his gaze on Seung Hyun.
“Y-yeah, we’re so going!” the man blurted out before silently cursing himself.
Ji Yong laughed and went to his room. They were going to have some major fun today.
