[Aisling happens to be passing by when she notices the tubs on Milla's lawn. She watches her working for a few minutes before speaking.]

What are you doing? Washing clothes?

[hartmanhips]

Oh, no! I'm tie dying these clothes a different color!

Tye...dying? What is that?

[hartmanhips]

You change the color of the clothes! You dye them into different patterns and colors, like such!

[wolf_faerie]

[Aisling looks at the clothes Milla's already dyed. So many pretty colours asdfdflkdlfd;]

I want to try!

[hartmanhips]

Then by all means, you should! [hands over tub. And then colors. And then clothes and string and oh my god.]

How do you do it?

[hartmanhips]

Oh! Silly of me. Basically, tie strings around the cloth...as little or as many as you want. And then, we dunk it into the tub of color you want and leave it in there for about fifteen minutes, and we repeat with as many other colors as you want!

[Aisling listens, and then ties some strings around the cloth like Milla said. She then drops it into a nearby tub, sits down, and stares into it as though it'll change colour if she stares hard enough.

After five minutes, she looks up.]

Is it fifteen minutes yet?

Oh, darling, no. I know you're enthusiastic, but that doesn't mean you can't work on some other shirts -- just as BEAUTIFUL as I know this one will be.

Of course! That's the beauty of tie dying! While you're waiting for one shirt, we can prepare more! [busily working away at a particularly hideous dress. She might just use that one for a freaking tea towel, it's so frilly.]

Ugh, that dress looks awful. But it does look a little nicer now that it has more colour.
