Short Cookie ramblings.
It's 12.27 a.m. right now and the caffeine + Cookie high I was on has worn off, so I'll make this quick.
Cookie was good on the first song, and tore the second one apart, and killed me in the process. Once again, heart melted all over the place, absolutely loved what he did with it, had no idea what song he was singing, didn't care, wanted to reach into my TV screen and snatch him and bring him to my room right there and then.
I hated his hair and I hated his jacket. Fug and fug. Sorry, David. I love you, but the hair was awful, the jacket was tacky and its only saving grace was the AC. When he first came out I was like OH MY GOD DAVID WHAT ARE YOU WEARING. The red was glaringly out of place, and I didn't like the longish, rebonded lock of hair on the right (?) side of his face at all. Not nice not nice NOT NICE. Bring back Music of the Night/Always Be My Baby/Top 5 Interview hair, please. And fire that stylist while you're at it.
The blazer + the Les Paul = mismatch. Didn't work for me. I wish he'd rocked on the Les Paul without the blazer and with just the red t-shirt. When he finally wears a colour other than black/white/grey/various shades of grey/grey-green, he just has to insist on covering it up with yet another Epic Fail jacket. I hate this jacket even more than the Innocent jacket.
But I still love David. I'll always love David, no matter what ugly crap he wears.
Love his trinkets, as usual.
Have I mentioned I love the second song? I need like my iTunes and the studio recording but I'm so sleepy so I'm just going to get them when I wake up later on in the morning.
And um, did the rest of the contestants exist? Because I didn't care for anyone else.
And Castro? Get off my TV. Thanks.
But thanks to Paula and her drunken shit, he's going to stick around to piss me off for at least another week.
I really missed Carly this week. Like - REALLY. MISSED. CARLY.
I hate this show.

And I still have Stereophonics stuck in my head. Songs from Pull the Pin are taking turns to play themselves in my head.
Also, can someone tell me when the results are out whether Cookie is safe? I don't want to find out who's going home before I watch the show 'cause I find the show incredibly boring if I already know the result, and I need my twice-weekly Cookie fix so I'm definitely watching either way. I just want - need - to know that Cookie is safe. Also tell me if he's safe immediately or safe after hitting bottom two/three, etc. Please? I'll be very grateful! Thanks! :)
