Waters broke 5am, contractions started at 7ish, the show at 9.30. Midwives arrived at 4pm, Baby at 8.05.
Apparently, that's pretty fast - Home birth am teh win. We never used our lovely birth pool becasue she went from 4cm to 8cm dilated in about 15 minutes.
Gas and air, TENS machine. Apparently it hurt 'a lot', but I think she's forgotten precisely how much already. Pushing technique resembled little as much as a good prop forward.

At least now England have got tight head covered for the 2031 world cup.
