Question: Are stories that are related to other stories we've written allowed? Like, set in an AU we've written before (as long as everything's clearly established and it's not necessary to read the other story to understand this one)?

As long as the story can truly "stand alone," we will allow that.

Stupid question - you have original art down. Does that mean we have to draw it? Or is using photo manipulation allowed?

That is a little unclear, I'm sorry. Photo manips are allowed, it simply has to be your own work. Hope that helps!

We prefer for artists to have someone look over the art and pick out things that may not match the scene being illustrated, or that may be off in general, etc. Basically just get another critical eye, in case you may not have noticed something. (:
