Definitely down for me -- looks like it might only be affecting certain geographical locations. I saw someone on the LJ comm mention they were in W. Europe and couldn't access it, and I'm in Japan and can't.

By "can't access", I mean when I click that link, I'm taken to one of those pages that shows up when a domain name has expired that says something along the lines of "Welcome to skyehawke.com!" and gives a list of related links.
