Quiet on the tee..Not because it is rude to talk while I am about to tee off, quiet because I have a banging hangover from the night before. Golf is tough enough as it is but the added pressure on my brain because a lack of oxygen is more than I can handle. The office closed at 3 on Good Friday and that was great because I was at the bar at 3:15 doing what some consider I do best, get shitty and make a bigger ass of myself. I was able to drunk dial JZ but it sounded like she was short on time. I am glad that she returned the favor later on that night just moments before I passed out at home. Apparently she was just hitting her stride when she called me back. Sorry it took so long for me to answer, I could not get my phone out of my pocket as I was trying to figure out what the hell was ringing..
Saturday morning tee time at 8 went well..That was a lie..It was not well..Though I did manage a decent round I doubt you will be seeing any of my shots on Sportscenter this week. I did not lose 1 ball and only broke 1 tees so I was happy with that. For any of you who dont golf does not know that a combination of losing balls and breaking tees usually means a long day at the links.
Not sparing any time I went and had my tax's done Sat. afternoon and Uncle Sam and this wonderful state that I live in now can both go to their knees and blow me. For the very first time in my life I will be writing the checks this year( As if my weekly contribution is not enough )
Well I hope everyone had a good Easter..
