I have selected a guard unit in Wichita Kansas that I am eligible to join. Will be getting together with recruiter again tomorrow.
I have submitted 4 resume's and applications to companies to include USDA, USSTRATCOM, Department of Border Security, and the FAA.
Good work so far.
Except I'm extremely intimidated by the process of job searching in a professional environment. I'm asking for $38,000/yearly + medical / dental / travel expenses from all of these places. Hopefully this pans out in my favor. Everyone I have talked to said I was low balling so thats good I guess. (ARE YOU KIDDING? I WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THAT MONEY)
