Her son hit a baseball that went through the window of my next-door apartment mate. So Tanya and her husband took their own copy of the apartment key, because the renter was at work, and ILLEGALLY ENTERED HIS APARTMENT to vacuum and reclaim the ball.
No adherence to the 24 hour notice law. A free and unhindered entry into a person's legally protected privacy with such ease that it's obvious they've done it before.
Makes you wonder who else's apartment they've entered illegally when they're not home.
