My evaluations of the pieces I submitted to the Big E.
Interesting design. Improve mounting with firmer tension on background filet. Improve workmanship - maintain uniform twists on outline stitches.
better tension on circle motif. Main filling stitch well done.
Nice to see old patterns revived!
Lace could be more consistent in quality along length. Overall piece suffers from [puckering] quality of attachment to linen. In general, a nice match of lace & linen textures, good work.
Lovely pulled thread piece. A lot of work went into this piece. Work on consistency of your stitches. Wash and iron pieces prior to exhibiting.
