“So, how do you feel, Superwoman?” Oliver asked, he grinned as she laughed.
“Pretty good… Metropolis loves me,” Clara stated, she wrapped her arms around his body. “You love me… All is right with the world.”
“Until Lex wakes up tomorrow morning,” Ollie joked lightly. Clara sighed, nodding.
“True… but tonight I think I want to rest a bit, if you don’t mind, that is.” Clara stated with a smirk.
Ollie pouted, “I guess I won’t mind…” his pout turned into a hopeful smile, “as long as you allow me to accompany you to bed?”
“Why? Want to protect me from the bed monster?” Clara asked, grinning.
“But of course,” Ollie stated, pulling her into a heated kiss.
Pulling back slightly, Clara sighed contently, “I really think you’re my bed monster… I’ll never get any rest with you in bed with me.”
“Hey, I’ll let you sleep… afterwards.” Ollie stated, grinning.
“You’re just lucky I don’t need much sleep to function or you would be seriously disappointed.”
“So that’s a yes then?” Ollie asked, his eyebrows wiggling suggestively causing Clara to laugh at him and nod. She yelped as Ollie picked her up and carried her towards the bedroom.
