Title: Aerugo

Surrounded by photos of the dead, Nagi feels as though he’s intruding. The people he has lost aren’t here among these smiling, two-dimensional ghosts - even had he possessed such photos, he wouldn’t have put them on display. Those memories are his alone.
Beneath his feet, the ship groans unhappily, and Nagi lets his gaze drift, focusing on holding together pieces intent on tearing loose. He’s not doing it for humanity’s sake; Admiral Adama inspires him in a way he never thought he’d find again. He releases a breath, relaxing as the ship settles. Some purpose is better than none, anyway.
