Lo siento

'Lo siento', which means 'I'm sorry' in Spanish, literally translates as 'I feel it'

This morning, after two, three-hour climbing sessions over the weekend;
lo siento in my arms;
lo siento in my legs;
lo siento in my neck;
lo siento in my hands.

But it is a good lo siento :-)
