i want to take this opportunity to thank mister artiekgb for, a few years ago, this time of year, introducing me to this amazing recipe. this has become one of my regulars. and every year since, i find myself searching the archives of that dude's livejournal to find it again. it ends up being a once a year thing though, since we end up with leftovers for weeks. YUM!
