first night back at chick-fil-a...it was so fun! it really is like riding a bike...i didn't even have to adjust to anything...just jumped right in. i even got to work with my good friend, shannon, who worked at my old store in lafayette. she works at our store now. the only bad thing is that the work shoes i have are not skid-resistant, so i have to walk carefully so as to not fall down...which causes my feet to hurt very badly. my left arch was giving me lots of pain too...so my sweet husband gave me a great foot rub when i got home! overall, i'm very very happy. i love my job and the people i work with. it feels good to work. however, i'm not excited about working 10-8 tomorrow...OR about working 2-10:30 next friday and then 8-8 next saturday...i won't even get home next friday night in enough time to get 8 hours of sleep before my 12 hour workday on saturday! plus, i don't know if my school schedule is going to allow for 20-hour weekends of work...i have no idea how i'll get my homework done...i might have to cut it down to 15 hours...ugh. but then i don't make as much money, and we really it! maybe it'll be easier when i get new shoes. :) (shoes make everything better, don't they?)
haven't heard back from my grandparents yet about my grandpa's tests...please keep him in your prayers...
i have to get to bed! i didn't get home until after 11:30 tonight! i'm so tired!
