Sarah Lyall’s The Anglo Files: A Field Guide to the British, written by an American ex-pat who married a Brit and has lived in England fifteen years now. Here’s an excerpt from the first pages:
You can hatch/grow up with no clicks at all. The unique views are what matter the most. If you have no clicks, you'll need higher unique views. And, the higher your stats, the sooner they'll hatch/grow up. Eggs can hatch at 3.5 days remaining, and hatchlings can grow up at 3.5 days remaining. I have never had an egg or hatchling take longer than that. Except the one I rescued off the abandoned page that already had less days than that left.
You can get an egg to hatch with less than 100 unique views, but it will take the egg right up to the end of the time with low stats like that. I'd shoot for anywhere from 150-500 unique views and 50-100 clicks to maintain healthy egg stats. If you get over 600 unique views on an egg, it will almost certainly make a new hatchling sick. Once the hatchling is past 6.5 days remaining, you should be fine for avoiding sickness.
Getting around 300+ unique views and 100-150+ clicks will assure your hatchling of growing up at 3.5 days remaining.
And remember, the first half day to full day, eggs and hatchlings are sensitive to unique views and clicks. Try not to go over 100 unique views on the first day for an egg. Same goes for the first day for a new hatchling.
Edit: Surrounded by fog is the description for that particular breed of eggs. I could tell you what is rare and what is not, if you'd like. I could also tell you what egg will be what dragon. It depends on whether or not you like spoilers. :)
Ah, I thought it was just clicks, not unique views (and what is the difference anyway?)

Hmmm. As long as it hatches and not dies so I can find out for myself I'll wait...
Good deal. I didn't know if you wanted to be spoiled or not, so I asked first. I don't like to spoil those who don't want to be spoiled.
Views are given for anyone who visits your page. One unique view and one click per IP address is recorded for those who click on your dragons. Under no circumstances do you ever want your clicks to be higher than your unique views. This will kill your egg and kill it quickly. Never give out just the address directly to your dragon's page. Always use the coding provided by Dragon Cave to put up the image.
To receive clicks, one must actually click on your dragon. Unique views are recorded simply by viewing the page you have the dragon posted on. Unique views are what makes your eggs hatch and your hatchlings grow. Clicks determine how fast this happens. However, no clicks requires you to have a higher unique view count to compensate.
