My last Poetry Jam was today, Pasca and Nelson made me cry. Pasca made this big speech about how this year's seniors are really the heart of the club, cuz when we were freshmen it was just me, Ani, Jess, Sam, Alex, and all of Emma's senior friends in the club. Then Emma's group graduated, and it was our generation, plus people we invited, who invited more people, etc etc. But me, Ani, Sam, Alex and Jess were there when the club was at its tiniest, and now we have meetings with over 30 kids. I think once we hit like 43 or something ridiculous like that. So Pasca was talking about how we were the heart of the club and stuff, and Mr. Nelson fgave us each a flower and a hug and a kiss, and I got all teary eyed, and then a few minutes later Pasca read this really amazing poem he wrote and I got all teary eyed again. I'm definitely coming to all of the poetry jams in the years to come, I don't care if I have to miss class or whatever, I will be there!
Hehe I'll be like Mofo, who graduated like 4 or 5 years ago and was still there today. I hadn't seen him this year as much as in previous years, but that's to be expected- at least he still comes to all tha jams. Anyhoo, he might be coming to next Friday's CW meeting. Can't tomorrow because he has to work :( Oh to the well. Peter and Tim were there too, that was swell.
After the Jam my beautiful flower and I went to Ryan's for dinner. Haha I just realized how badly my flower comment could have been taken- I was referring to the flower I got for being a senior CW member. Anyhoo, yea Ryan and I chilled for a bit, bought some bread his mommy needed, then had the yummiest dinner ever. I <3 Italian food. Now I just got home and I'm tired but not enough to go to sleep, I'm not allowed back out and no one's online. Actually, everyone and their mothers is online, but they've all got their damned silly away messages up.
