Uneventful Shopping Trip was Uneventful
Because here Summer lasts until early/mid November, and while they advertise for winter clothes --you don't see any. Seriously, today that was the main thing I was dreading going to buy/look for. I only found maybe one thing....and all that led to was dad cracking jokes about how I need to gain weight.
*whine* who needs to gain weight to wear --regular everyday clothes? x.x Blaaah whatever. Should be used to that now. Really. It's hilarious how sis found more clothes than I did and I mean --dad was getting mad at her because today wasn't our shopping trip for clothes x.x It's tax-free weekend, yes, only school supplies. Not on a shirt you'll only wear once or twice then get something exactly like it 5 months later.
That being said we were fairly successful in getting back-to-school stuff. We also became color-coordinated (me blue, sis purple). I was going to reuse a few of my binders from last semester but dad flat out refused and told me to buy something XDDD *because the stuff I buy is tax free*
Oh though yeah a lot of clothes were on sale too, thanks to the weekend being what it is. But again, I didn't find anything (and apparently again dad made note on the fact that I got sick a lot *again* this past semester...did I really? x.x *does nottttt remember* ) --
But dad did find baby clothes. Apparently a lady at his work place just had a newborn baby girl. We got to help pick out baby clothes >w< they were so cute too! *one was a little green dress with yellow flowers on it and a pink jacket like thing--I helped pick that one out--and sis picked out this blue and purple little nightgown outfit <3* after all a baby girl shouldn't just have pink in her wardrobe. I mean really. *nods*
I also found out that sis said if she had a baby girl she'd--dress them up. I really don't doubt that she would XD That would be some fancy baby, definitely.
Oh yes and I bought something off of ebay: (it's different from the one I originally wanted to buy because I completely blanked out on the time the bidding was actually ending)...but well, this one reminds me of Rhode's outfit a little so I'm happy XD
Though now I'm going through and looking at all the DGM stuff. Must...resist...I muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust XDDD
But yeah now I'm really tired, and it was hot out, so now I'm just going to relax and play Ham Ham Heartbreak + Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess :3 also apparently if we got dad a football game for one of our game systems, he'd actually play it XD *amused*
