oooooh, definitely very, very interesting. you had my undivided attention from beginning to end, not to mention that I was REALLY, really curious to understand what was going on, and liking the AU more and more as the end approached. I definitely hope this is as a prequel/preview to something, and that I get to read that something eventually. XD

The AU itself is something I haven't worked with before XD (not even sure what to place it as right now. What does it seem like to you?) but I think it's very plausible at the moment that this will have something more to it XD *just--isn't used to working with the 'Lucky' pairing as--the main one* considering it's also been annoying me a lot lately we'll see how it goes~
Awww, but I'd really like to see more! *puppy eyes* To me, it sounds like some mix of... cops and (religious?) terrorists AU with different species/people with powers being fairly common. Also, while I did get the TykixLavi vibes in there, since it seem much more focused on the story than on the characters themselves...?... it feels like that pairing doesn't necessarily have to be the main one (unless you specifically want/meant it to be so?) and that focus on pretty much any pairing would work since this would still be a story-centric (as opposed to pairing centric?) story (this, of course, if the fic went on in the same style as this bit here, and it's my rather subjective opinion, of course.) I'll be waiting to see what you decide~ ^^
I never said you wouldn't see more XD just that this seems like the best place to cut off (for a dramatic ending, y'know?) though I'd probably either tag it onto the first chapter, or --something since it is rather short with just this. I'll try working on it today to see what I can type out. As I said in the Character(s)/Pairing(s) section at the top--I really am going with a more 'Gen' fic for this one XD but yeah I'll see what else I can type up for this idea, and then maybe it'll go up on FF.net...that is...depending on how far I can get >.> (since I've uploaded a LOT of stuff there that I know I won't ever finish x.x)
