First and foremost--

Favorite line: "I mean what I say I mean." tacka-tacka --footsteps, sunday school shoes, probably been bloodied before, "We're probably going to lose."

The atmosphere. Is great. In this. o_o

I mean.. it's a heavy atmosphere, but it fits. Because... well, the Noah are kind of losing. Which is another interesting thing, which-- makes me wonder how far they are in the war. -blinks-

Also-- I kinda.. as a reader, saw the Exorcists as the antagonists, maybe? I mean.. because I was siding with Lulu being despondent about her dead 'siblings', instead of going "WOO" because the Black Order was actually kicking some rear.

I kinda.. felt bad for the bad Noah. Does that make me a sympathizer or something? -laughs- Because.. it was kinda sad how they were described, so something in my brain went "Awww D<" instead of "YAY", if that makes any sense at all.

But-- Rhode! Even though they both don't really know more than they already do, I think Rhode may have a better grasp on events than Lulu does. Or something like that.. because she was telling Lulu to smile, who at least has the appearance of an older person. So it's.. a reverse thing kinda, but not really? XD

And the kiss part was really light, and-- necessary, methinks. Just.. a light little expression. With the weight and width of paper. Really sheer. XD
-slapped for overexplaining the concept of 'thin'-

But the honey-coatedness made it a little heavier, since honey is sweet and dense, and the tongue-- yes. It settled weight on top of it, and I like that too. -smile- ^^

Second scene kinda.. makes me think of them as not a couple, but a pair? With the hand-holding and the meeting and the coming-to-conclusions, because they're 'still losing', but that they haven't lost yet. They're inviting family into their homes that might be killed and reborn, but they're doing it maybe because.. what with the death toll and the unspoken obvious, what else can>/i> they do? Am I .. if not right, at least coherent in this? XDD

Last scene is poignant. And though it should be a warm moment, it's in the aftermath of things and-- other things are settling in place, a little more obviously than last time. Lulu could easily die like all the other Noah, and since Noah are reborn in other forms.. I have to wonder, is what they have something that could be considered solid? Since the Noah are chips that are shuffled around on a boardgame, and when they die, well.. they're eventually replaced. And Lulu herself might already be replaced with certain Exorcists already, too. o.o

And my question is answered with: Except of course, Lulubelle knew she didn't. In regards to Allen and Lavi, and.. poor Lulubelle. The sad life of a member of a losing team, I suppose, but.. I mean, it's still really poignant. I can picture it all really well. -nodnods-

I enjoy that you posted this, and---
Here, have another crazy long comment! XDD
