Sunday morning,
A few weeks ago, Caren gave me a cantaloupe bedding plant that she didn't need, because she had extra. I was a little dubious, cuz I'd never grown them before, cuz I understood that they could take up a LOT of space. I planted it anyway though, cuz I hadn't really put a lot of effort into filling the garden. So, surprise! Yesterday, I harvested the first cantaloupe I've ever grown!
It was small, but in marketing terms, you could say it was personal-sized. I've already eaten the whole thing. It was sweet, juicy, and delicious!
