No matter what your level of stealth was, it was always possible for the gods to find you. Olympians themselves could occasionally escape notice, but it wasn't a skill she'd ever really picked up. Right about now, this was an educational oversight she was regretting. And so it was with an attempted stealth that Harmonia waited her turn in the line.

She wasn't sure why she was nervous... Phobos did this all the time. for like, centuries. But that was probably it... this was his gig, and she was intruding. But then they say imitation is the highest form of flattery. But what if he thought she was just trying to.... Oh, it didn't matter. no one was going to know, and she just wanted to know what the deal was. Dear Zeus these lines went slow.

Eventually she made it to the front of the line, and sat down with a so-called counselor, who's job it seemed to be to shove her into some class. She tuned out most of what was being said in the mini pep talk, blinking as the woman seemed to ask her a question. "I'm sorry?"
"School records, dear. a high school diploma or transcript?" "I... Uh... aren't they in the file?" Harmonia blinked slowly, having no idea she needed such documents, and doubtful that they'd accept the fact that they didn't have high schools where she was from. Smiling lightly, she waved her fingers lightly while watching the woman. "Those are the papers you're looking for." "Oh! these are the papers I'm looking for." Harmonia beamed and leaned back in her seat, listening to more rambling about potential majors and career paths and futures and... Eventually she just nodded and smiled, explaining she was just trying to take a few courses, and see what she liked. After another whirlwind of chiper talking by the woman, she got handed a list, realizing she was now enrolled in an Intro to Philosophy and a WesternCiv course.

It was an odd feeling to have that paper in her hand as she left, mingling with kids for whom thiswas the biggest experience of their life so far. books were bought with supplies, and eventually she escaped, fading out of sight to others as she returnedto hertemple with a thought. tossing her bags and papers on a sofa, she went to branch a serpent hung from immediately gathering up the coiled lengths of her husband, the reptile wrapping around her. Purring, she nuzzled Kadmos, leaning back into the cushions of her sofa. "It's done. Now we'll se what this whole thing is about..."
