The mellow effect of marijuana still worked through her system as she returned to Thebes. Dusk was arriving as she strolled the old city. Interspersed with modern buildings were old ruins as well as preserved buildings. The Temple to Aphrodite was preserved rather well, a fact noticed as Harmonia bypassed it.
The Temple of War was more rundown, though still standing, she was pleased to see. The interior was barred to visitors, but this was little impediment to the divine, no matter how minor a goddess she was.
Nose crinkling, she eradicated the thick layer of dust over everything before sitting on the throne in the small chamber, legs crossed at the ankle as they draped over the one arm. Smiling, she remembered the looks She and Kadmos received when they spoke of building this shrine -- and how proud she'd been at Kadmos' insistence, even without her intervention.
Thoughts shifted towards the rest of her family - Fostered as she was for safety reasons, she'd little interaction with Olympians when young, staying way except when summoned for special occasions, left alone until she was of age. Even then, very little time was spent before Kadmos was released from his 7 years of service to her Father, and Zeus offered her hand as reward. Life with the nymphs had lacked nothing, of course. It was merely an odd realization that this time in the Pantheon was the first she'd spent any considerable amounts of time with any of her family, rather then just the occasional day here and there. All things considered, it was a bit surprising perhaps she was as close to her siblings as she was.
Looking around the dark chamber once more, she lit the room, seeing traces of the magnificence that once was. Shifting, she curled her legs under her, arms folding on the arm of the throne, head rested upon them. She liked this building; it was comfortable, though most people would most likely disagree. It also offered some distance from the force of her mother... Love tended to be an all-encompassing pulse, whereas War was often much more directed. This made it easier to focus on individuals and their place in the balance.
Closing her eyes, she focused on her parents, first ... they were always the beginning, and easy, as they were integral parts to everything. They were falling back into balance -- a fact evident by the lack of crushing headaches. Dite must have reversed what she did. the next level, fainter, she could feel her brothers...Cupid first, then Dei, then Pho..wait.
Her eyes blinked open as a frown crossed her faces. She couldn't feel Phobos at all.
