WoooHooo! Serena wins against Aussie Favorite Sam Stosur in 2 sets - 6'4 6'2
9 Aces, Only 1 Double Fault in the last game - She was outstanding!!! She only lost 6 points on her serve....6! Oh yeah, and she is the only player (including the males) to not lose her serve, up to this point!
Stosur actually played a really good game, but Serena was on fire!! Sam is the only one so far to even make it to 4 games. Serena has stopped all of her other opponents at 3 or less per set.
That's my girl!!!
Venus made it through as well, on a less than stellar performance - 3'6, 6'2, 6'1
Although he final scores look fantastic, she had to work really hard, not only overcoming her opponent, but herself as well!
