I like to think that I am significantly nicer and more patient than a lot of the people at
mst3k, but after the comm made it onto the LJ Spotlight last week I am really ready to rip some throats out. The mods restricted membership to approval, then they approve people in one big batch, and then post the rules so it's the very first entry. And still - STILL - there have been multiple posts over and over and OVER saying "OMG HAF U HERD OF THIS TING CALLED 'RIFFTRAX'???!?! ITS LIKE MST ACCEPT THEY DO ALL KINDS UF MOVIES N STUFF!!1! YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN IN THIS COMM FOR A LONG TIME BUT I AM ASSUMING YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE CREATORS AND STARS OF THIS SHOW ARE DOING NOW!!! JUST ME!!!!!! BE EXCITED FOR MY AMAZIN DISCOVERIE!!!!!1!!1!"
We KNOW. And Rifftrax has its own LJ community so go join that and keep the fandoms separate because THAT IS THE RULE. And guess what? If I see one more post saying "I'm new! What's ur fave episode?" when there have already been TWELVE POSTS that day asking the exact same thing, I WILL RIP YOUR THROAT OUT. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
