Barren ... this child can not possibly achieve developement within the confines of a harsh desert. Unlike the mother who bore such aweful things to which her child must decline less he wishes to die. A true testing ground for the earth shattering force this life maintaines within.
struggle is a description far surpassed by the newborns circumstance. With wanting eyes and eager flesh he burst forth unto new plains, now timidly cowaring at the landscapes before him. He'd pondered escape, and even entertained thoughts of completely rearranging his body parts in order to adapt to his mothers desert, but failed efforts have yielded nothing but dissapointment.
His mother watches him flail in the sun like a fish out of water. She knows she's released him to the ravaging terrains she's so comfortable with. This upsets her, but still not a word is uttered in favor of traversing the great void back to an old home with drawn blinds. Mother will watch son as he suffers a new world.
Success through suffering is strength.
