I have determined that I want a surprise birthday party this year. I figure if I start planning it now I will forget all about it in August.
I owe a 'uge thank you to
whitebikertrash for the brake fixin. It cost me nothing because as I was pulling my jack out of the trunk I found a set of slightly used brake pads. Last time I changed them (read: Blaze and her dad changed them) I guess they didn't really need changing so they got chucked in the trunk. Now my car stops on its own without having to use a curb to slow down first. I'm a happy camper.
