Quick Work on the Slojam
The demolition of the famed 5th Street bridge was completed , and the 101 freeway re-opened at 10:00 Sunday morning, four hours ahead of schedule. Mind you, I'm not complaining -- but could it be the workers were motivated to get home for the parties accompanying a certain "Big Game" yesterday?
