Woo!
The bathroom is almost finished! All that is left for me to do is put the cabinet doors back on and tile the back of the vanity, and then all shall be awesome. I am so happy with this project, and mom appears to be thrilled as well. I think she's just happy that she didn't have to do much of it :P
In other news, last Thursday I got up way too early for vacation, and was standing in line for Victoria's Secret at 8am. It was the grand opening of a store that I have been waiting for since I was 12 years old! I used to order their catalogues even back then when my mother refused to order me anything from them. Actually she's always refused to order me anything from them. Maybe that just adds to the excitement and anticipation for me.
Even though I waited in line for over 2 hours for the place to open, I did get to meet the Victoria's Secret angel that came -god she was ridiculously tall and skinny, it made me feel very inferior- and was one of the first 100 in the store! And I spent way too much money and got an awesome tote bag filled with some goodies. And then went back Sunday morning, stood in line again and spend just as much money. I could totally go back and spend another $500, but I'm trying to have self control, knowing that in several weeks I'm going to have to dish out thousands of dollars anyways for university. /sigh
I also made blueberry apple muffins today. They are delicious.
And Jen's birthday is this weekend! I am so excited! Afraid of the corn maze, where we are going, but still very excited!
