Yes, you know me
I am the user formerly known as riiti, Sarah. I changed my username. I do that. I no longer have (nor am I sure I ever truly did) any particular attachment to an eel god. Harley Quinn is so much more bad ass.
Today was my first day of class at Columbia University! I HAD CLASS WITH ANNE BOGART OMG. I nearly died. She is such an amazingly cool woman... her class is "Visiting Directors," where directors, designers, producers, stage managers and other theatre professionals who are either working in or passing through NYC come to speak with us. It is absolutely incredible, some of the big, big names that will be coming to speak with us... I'm just ecstatic. I also went out to lunch today with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year stage managers, all of whom are incredibly cool, friendly, welcoming and helfpul. This is going to be an amazing experience!
Also, boo Sarah Palin.
I have some errands to run... but expect more updates here; my New York life is too exciting and fabulous not to write about.
