Hi. Is there any way to make an icon out of this picture I have. It's a really rather large file (740KB or something), so photobucket wouldn't let me put it on. But here's the place I borrowed it from:

I am, as you well know, stupid. I'd like it to still be a gif, if at all possible, with no mini-movie.

I don't know what programs I would need to make icons, and if I did, I'd probably still screw them up.

ok, you want it to be a full size clip of the hug? maybe with a border or something? if you want anything else on it let me know. I don't think it will be great quality 'cause the movie isn't.

ok, the clip is pretty long so i need to know which part you like the most. i made this one just for an idea but i'm not feeling very creative at the moment but am happy to do whatever you like;)
