I stopped paying for LJ and I think I'm going to stop writing in it too.

I read my friends list almost daily, but hardly ever post comments because I feel pretty out of touch with the people on there. LJ is my way of keeping up with what my friends are doing when they are across the country from me. I read what they're up to, their job/location changes, etc. I'm just curious.

So in business school, we talk about giving people what they want, and how to tell if people want what you are giving them. People give you feedback. Feedback for LJ is comments. I don't get comments. I am not giving my friend list what they want. I don't have anything else to give other than my life right now, which isn't interesting enough. Hence, I am cutting off this particular activity of LJ-writing, because it is wasted energy and time.

I am still interested in what all of you are up to. I will still be reading my friends list. I am particularly interested in my newest friend, brightflashes, as she seems to be a rare and amazing person that I wish I could be friends with in real life. If anyone ever wants to ask me something, you can comment on this entry. I will check it. Maybe I will post a new entry when my life changes.
