The hardest part of letting go is to smile as your lover goes then say that you understand...

It's been a while since I've updated but I doubt my ramblings have been missed.

So far, college has been a blast. I love my roommate, I love my floormates and I love my entire dorm (except for boys in the triple across the hall...they're anti-social with the rest of the dorm). Things have been going really well and I'm happier than I have been in a long time.

Tonight, my roommate, myself and two of the girls who live on our floor went up to Providence to see Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers play at the Century Lounge. It was so much fun. Stephen is kinda punk/ska and himself all mixed into one. All in all, he and his band mates are adorable. It was such a fun night. I think hanging out with those three is going to be one of the many highlights of this year.

As for classes, well, they're going as well as can be expected. Nothing too difficult as of yet. We'll see if that changes come second semester. I'm taking two English classes, Intro French, an Education class and an Art Appreciation class. I love them all but sometimes the professors get on my nerves.

I joined up with 4 clubs today so hopefully that will also keep me busy. I joined the Classics Club, Stage Company, a literary magazine club and a Women's Center program. All of which I think I'll enjoy.

Well, I guess I'll wrap this up for now. I hope you all are doing well and having a good year so far. I miss you and hope to hear from you sometime soon. Keep in touch.
