Our third round at harlequinkradam is now closed. Thanks so much to everyone who participated in this round, whether you submitted prompts, wrote fic, encouraged authors, beta’d stories, or left feedback. Your involvement has been greatly appreciated.

Unfinished Claims: If you were unable to finish your fic and post it here by the Fest deadline, please don’t panic - there is no penalty for not finishing a claim. While there is no amnesty period, we would like to invite you to keep working on your fic or art and post it for the next Harlequin Kradam Fest, which will open on December 15th for prompt submissions, and January 5th for claiming/posting.
Participation Banner: Once again there will be a participation banner for everyone who submitted fic this round! That should be available in the next week or so.

Prompt: Adam decided to get a dog just for the sake of coming home to someone, or something. He didn't realize how hard it would be to take care of one, so he decides to hit the yellow pages and call the ad he saw that offers dog-sitting and care. When Kris Allen shows up the next day, Adam never expected him to be his type. How will Adam make a move on Kris without even knowing if the guy even swings his way?

Then he discovers a side of Kris he’d never seen when he walks into one of his favorite bars and sees Kris on stage with a guitar in his hands. Adam finds it very difficult to concentrate on books and research and cataloguing when all he can think about is the way Kris moved on stage.
Kris Allen, librarian by day, musician by night. He thinks that Adam is sweet and gorgeous and way out of his league, until the night Adam seduces Kris in the poetry stacks. At first Kris believes that Adam just wanted a one-night stand, another notch in his already well-notched belt, but Adam won’t leave him alone, and he gets this look on his face when anyone else stands really close to Kris.
Adam decides he wants to make an honest man out of Kris, but will Kris let himself believe in happily ever after?

He finds himself helping out the 'girls' (who are a foot taller than him, and more muscled, and stronger to boot!) by carrying their bags, finding their costumes, getting the gas, etc. The 'girls' love their little southern sidekick . . . although, they aren't too sure if Kris knows they're not female (he keeps opening doors!).

Adam convinces Kris to help him out for the next couple of weeks, but can he convince him to stick around once the baby’s back with its mother?
