Two episodes of TAS of my choosing - THE JOKER AND HARLEY NEED RELATIONSHIP BUILD-UP ALL RIGHT?
Caught! First week as an actual inmate; meets Ventriloquist and considers him a good friend. Ends up feeling confident enough to talk to the other residents and starts to feel comfortable. Almost like a family. Perhaps that Jerry flashback goes here? Explains the solitary.
No Man's Land: Was in solitary in the deep basement and didn't realise anything had happened for several days until the door finally swung off the hinges. Meets Ivy in the park. Attempts to kill Joker for being a bastard but he apologises and so she serves as his right hand during the series.
Metropolis Adventures where she fights Mercy Graves and Lex is impressed with hyenas versus Superman. though Harley gets left behind in the fight - damn you forever Mercy Graves. Harley is abandoned and left to the Clinque Center where...
Catwoman issues! She meets Catwoman and becomes her next-cell-neighbor therapist, eventually deciding to help her get out and take revenge on Gordon and Batsy. It goes a bit poorly, though she manages to freak out Gordon well. Eventually Catwoman dissolves the partnership and Harley goes back to Gotham.

Ivy and Harley have their epic roadtrip adventures here.
Emperor Joker - Dies but doesn't appear to remember it, given that she breaks the Joker back out of Arkham pretty freely.
Harley Quinn series here, as well as that one Catwoman issue where she tries to sell a Catwoman/Harley/Ivy toyline. Ends up madder than before by the end of it.
After checking herself back into Arkham and relaxing for a bit with her family, has a few more adventures with Ivy of the Bonnie and Clyde variety as seen in Supergirl Adventures #0.
Infinite Crisis - Gets knocked out in Villains special and returned to Arkham. Good job, Harl.

Face the Face - Arniiiiiiiie

Confrontation with Peyton; Detective Comics #831; Finally declared recovered enough to leave Arkham. Not actually recovered but wants a break without being on the run for a bit. A vacation, if you will.
Date with Eddie; Okay, Detective Comics #837 - Harley has attempted to get a job as a psychiatrist but considering rumours of villains going missing, decides to stay very clean by living at the Athenian Women's Help Shelter. Also, brainwashing! There she befriends Holly, the new Catwoman, and helps the Riddler solve a case for Bruce Wayne.
Countdown to Final Crisis - Gets caught up in craziness. Specifically: meets Holly, kills giant fish monster with a spear, is generally insane and headstrong, follows Holly and Mary Marvel around doing stuff she doesn't get for the good guys. Eventually goes home with Holly and Jason Todd. Good times.
Heart of Hush - Back to her good old stealing and looting ways.
Batman R.I.P. - He dies. Booooooo.
