"And this, this is a reminder to never go on a field trip with Ms.Matthews"

The "black circus" was not at all what I had expected. In fact, at one point, I regretted signing the field trip form. We arrived early at Pro Player Stadium, only to find that we arrived a little TOO early. We spent about an hour sitting outside, and then another hour waiting in the extremely long line. Argh! The line moved about three centimeters every 10 min. or so. Then, Ms.Matthews finally issued the tickets. That gave me some hope, maybe we'd go inside soon? Hah! Yeah right.

I played with the ticket, talked with my friends, played some more the the ticket, and then had a ticket fight all in the hour I was waiting. The fun ended when they took my ticket away. But they later gave it back, only to take it away again. Man, by that time, I felt like throwing the darn thing in the trash can.

Since we were the first people to arrive, I guess they allowed us to skip a whole mess of people in the line, and enter before them. I thought it was fair because, once again, we were the first to arrive and HAVE been waiting longer than anyone else. However, not everyone agreed. This elementary (or preschool) teacher was there and got all angry because we were entering, eventhough she was already at the front of the line. She started causing problems and arguing with Ms.Matthews and the other teachers who were with us. Some TV station that was there caught it all on video. I passed by right in front of the lense of the camera, so I'm sure they got me. I doubt it'll be aired though.

After that fuss, we finally went inside. FINALLY! Minutes later, the show started. It was pretty good, entertaining, and a few acts impressed me, but I'm not sure if it was worth the money, and time. The concession stand charged way to freakin' much for a drink-- $3.00 for a bottle of Tropicana punch! I was thirsty, so I decided to buy it. I wanted nachos too, but those were 5 bucks, and trust me, it was also overly charged.

The final act featured elephants, which took a dump while preforming. I figured they would be last because nobody wants to stay in there when the place stunk of shit.

During the ride back to school, I thought about so many things. Contemplating this, wondering about that, etc. Then everyone started singing along to "Milkshake". Funny, it reminded me of that 'Kids Bop' CD.. -shudders-

I kept my ticket, which explains the title to this entry.

My head hurts, and I'm sleepy, none-the-less, I feel good.

All is well.
