I really do.
I got a call today from a collection agency for my maiden name (which Verizon hasn't used for 2 years), for a collection account from Verizon.
The last time they called, I actually did call Verizon to ask them Wtf was up. They said nothing was up, adn they had no idea what I was talking about.
When we changed our account so that
foklens was the primary contact on it and my last name was now his, (so I'd never have to deal with them ever again) it was the SAME FUCKING ACCOUNT. We did not change any billing information etc. All charges from before the change should have moved onto the new account.
We're current on our phone bill. So there's this $26.24 floating around somewhere, that the pricks sent to collections, because of their screw-up.
If only they didn't have the call Canada plan that Max uses and needs to keep in touch with his family without costing us a fortune.. OHhhhh if only.
