I should have waited 'til I assembled all the classes in my spreadsheet before contacting you. Someone has offered a Gold vs. Paper class that is essentially gilding. I think if you teach the pigments classes, I can add the other instructor's class, and all will be well.
And remember, not all classes have to be taught in a day. There will be another session after this one, and one after that, and one after that . . .
I have to remind myself about that all the time too. "Oh, there's space in the schedule? Well, I'd love to teach a limp binding class cuz it could be HANDS-ON, and then there's this other stuff, and then . . . " Geesh. Lift up your fingers and back away from the keyboard, Aneira . . .
So, in your period pigments class, will you have small sampler packs students can take home? If not, can I persuade you to make one for me anyway, and I'll pay you for it? I'd like to play with a black, a white (toxic OK, if you've taught me how to handle it safely so I don't poison family :) ), and a brown.
This will be huge inspiration for me to break my lip-pointing habit.
Somehow the stock of pigments that were donated to the Clerk Signet's office made it back into my possession. The Heralds have been trying to figure out what to do with them, so let me inventory them and send you a list of what we have.

The black, brown and white is definitely doable at the very least.
I'll see what I come up with.
