i ate too much today. i bought water at snack. water's always good. i drank the whole bottle throughout the length of the day. at lunch, i had half of billy's breadstick, a few bites of donata's provolone-roast beef [nasty]-mustard sandwich, a peach, and a french fry. oh, and a few tiny pieces of pineapple. and when i got home, i had a big glass of orange juice. waaay too much.

amanda mentioned joining the ymca or whatever soon. i might, i don't know. i'm determined to work myself out until i faint and refrain from eating much until i get to the weight i want to be at. end of story. i can't wait until i get my bike back from donata's. i'll ride atleast an hour everyday, that'll burn some calories. and water. water is my new best friend. when i'm thirsty? water. when i'm hungry? water. water all the time. in place of food. in place of everything.

no eating after 8:00, no matter what. that helps lose weight. i also am no longer consuming ... soda, baked goods [cookies, cakes, etc], candy, meat, pasta. i'm trying to not consume too much dairy. i'm about to read slaughterhouse. that'll stop me from wanting to eat any of the meat/dairy.
