Hello world
Just another short blurb today.
I repainted my a frame. It was a melancholy feel, because I was finishing it up so I can load it into a truck to be taken away. I sold it almost two weeks ago, but snow made it difficult to actually paint the thing. I'm too sentimental, I don't want to get rid of my aframe! But, on the bright side, more yard until I finish the aluminum one, and then I'll have a lighter aframe with pretty red and yellow rubber on it.
Working on printing out a premium that's due this Friday. Maybe I should just send it out tomorrow. Nothing special, just PGP, PSJ and P1 Pairs. Only Kai, we're just getting Q'd up for nationals next year.
Scream's whole personality is gone. She's just washed out, that trial really did a number to her brain. She's been having "accidents" in the house very frequently, where she'll just suddenly squat and pee. There's no warning signs, either. She doesn't sniff, pace, circle, get distracted, anything. She's still very jumpy and nervous. Just not usual. Still going on "detox" with her right now, if this is still going on by Saturday, I'll get her checked out. But it's for sure, if I'm lucky, we'll be able to do maybe two runs a weekend at best. I hate having her so stressed out. I know that it's possible to get her comfortable with the environment and all, but really, that would take more time and set backs than what I want to put her through, and what I think I would be capable of, quite honestly. And besides, she's quite happy staying out of the trial environment, without doing agility or anything like that. She likes just being a pet.
Lastly, enjoy some photos from our hike on Sunday. That was a mistake to bring Scream, she threw a fit every time we passed someone on the trail. Which again, is nothing like her. She usually wags her tail and sniffs the people as they walk by, but this time she would bark and bark and bark while hiding or doing false charges/bounces. It was really embarrassing and concerning. Need more detox on that pup.
