DATS, I know you guys have your hands full but I'd like to submit a report on one Road, a former resident of our Inns. In short, we have a legal case against her for Assault and Battery with the Intent to Kill along with Arson of one of our Inn Facilities. Her last known direction was headed towards Neon City, so I am directing this post towards Major Armstrong and his current group of associates. However, anyone who comes in contact with her must know she is dangerous.

I'm also enclosing two discs dated accordingly with the incidents involving this girl captured in high definition.

I trust you know what to do with this.
