notes: what is this. where did this even come from. what. (it’s kind of a surprise, so i don’t want to say too much here.)
Nino pulls the door open almost before the bell is done ringing.
“Hi,” Jun says, with an amused kind of quirk to his lips. “Can I come in?”
“I don’t know, can you?” Nino returns, with more sarcasm than is probably necessary. “Yes, you can come in, jeez. Why do you ask every time?”
Jun doesn’t answer, just steps into the genkan as Nino steps out. Jun takes his time removing his very stylish red leather shoes, his personally tailored jacket, his ridiculously fashionable hat. Nino taps a socked-foot, as if he is impatient rather than extremely interested in Jun taking off his clothes.
“I’ve been calling you all day,” Nino grouses, leading the way to the kitchen. “So busy you couldn’t answer?”
Jun gives an elegant shrug. “Had another late night, I was asleep all day. Guess I didn’t hear it.”
Nino pulls a couple beers out of the fridge and raises an eyebrow as he hands one to Jun. “Damn, J, you must sleep like the dead.”
“You don’t know the half of it,” Jun replies, smirking. Nino would ask what the hell that’s supposed to mean, but Jun takes a sip of his beer and Nino gets a little distracted-by how Jun’s lips close around the mouth of the bottle, the way his throat works as he swallows-and forgets what he was going to say.
“Uh,” he says, shaking his head a little, trying to clear the sparks from his vision. “Do you, uh. Order in? You hungry?”
Jun smirks again, showing his teeth this time-sharp, almost feline looking-and the sparks Nino was seeing seem to have settled in Jun’s eyes.
“Starving,” he says.
notes: surprise! he's a vampire, get it? :D and this from the girl who specifically requested no vampires on her exchange sign-up XD
