O'Neill: The man. Because he is. And because I find the broken, mending, sacrificed version much more interesting than the comedy sketch.
Daniel: The man. Re: above, with added: I still love his switches - snarky/earnest, sweet/Dark!, hate/love, distance/ closeness.
Teal'c: Grey streak: yes, I like my SG!men broken. We know this. Moving on: the Teal'c post s9 and 10 arc fascinates me, because they did such a good job in fleshing him out and letting CJ really act the part.
Sam: SG-1 ALL THE FRELLING WAY. Preferably in ass kicking Continuum mode. IMO, neither of the other two Sams are really ... complete somehow. It says something that the only episode I really loved her- and it is *love* we're talking about, right? - in SGA was the one with Teal'c because she suddenly seemed so complete again.
Vala: Yep. S10 version, yet again. Sensing a pattern, we should be :D I have waxed liberal on this to you before, but ... yes. S10 was Vala's season.
Cam: Continuum. All the way. He and Sam owned this film - even more than Daniel and Quetesh/Vala. And you know what it takes to make me say that. Continuum had him be all the things he was in s9 and 10, but more comfortable about it. Also: PIVOT OF CANON BABY.
Elizabeth: None of them, I'm afraid to say. My favourite Elizabeth is most definitely defined in four moments: facing Goa'uld!Caldwell and nodding to John, telling Caldwell to take a long walk in an airlock re: changing John's leadership style while he's feeling blue *ducks/pun*, and "you'd better promote him, then." Basically, I love when Elizabeth is just... brilliant at her job, and defends her people.
John: Conversion. As far as I'm concerned, that's just internal darkness painted on the outside. (Fave not on the list: the s4 ep with Jeannie. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE HE DID THAT, BUT I LOVE THAT HE DID SO MUCH.)
Rodney: SGA. He's... awesome. In a geeky, won't shut up, would do anything for you (blow up a sun, steal coffee, make you a tiny remote control puddle jumper) kinda way.
Teyla: baby and kick ass. Haven't seen the ep, but the other two were played slightly one D, so anything that unites the two sides is welcome to me.
Carson: I'm too cute for my own good. Have I mentioned that I still live in s3, circa Echoes?
Ronon: Because stunning is for the indecisive. (And yes, I am Dark today).
Janet and Carolyn: Bwhahahaha. Oh, mountain, you don't stand a chance.
The We Are Scientists Scientists (nice indie ref, PIC): "Okay, General. I will just press this button here and end all human life in the universe. Or would you like me to ask Rodney?"
SGC gate: It's home! And also, just in memory of those wonderful, achingly badly CGIed ten minute shots of the wormholes in the film.

Aww on the Elizabeth choices! I love the Elizabeth's you mentioned too, the choices up there were the working of my cracky brain, but Elizabeth pwning at her job is the best choice of all the above. *G*
