tis almost the season
Dear kind hearted Yuletide Santa,
Hi! And thank you! You are a wonder among wonders and I so immensely appreciate you signing up, and now writing for me, because my fandom choices this year ranged between mediums pretty extensively. I hope that one of my choices works for you and that you're not sadfacing over what I've given you to work with.
Blanket Statement: I love characters and I love when the characters are in character. It's fair to say that every character I've given you here are characters I care very much about, and even some characters that weren't included in the fandom list - and I'll let you know which when I get to the requests - but you don't have to focus on all of them. Focusing on one isn't be a problem for me. I just can't abide character bashing, so even if a character isn't my favourite I don't like seeing them bashed. As for ships, I love my ships. Canon RST is my favourite things, but it's okay if it's not RST (in the show or the fic). UST is a-okay by me too. So is friendship fic!
I just love seeing characters interact and getting a good sense of the characters themselves. I'm a big fan of team dynamics, found families, friends/partners that might or might not become more, romantic friendships, and mostly a strong sense of the characters themselves. I also love AUs. So feel free! I don't like, however, when the ladies are ignored or fridged in media, angst with no reason behind it, (wo)man pain is tiresome, character death for the sake of shock value, or any non-con sexual activity. Any rating is fine with me too.
Also, let's put this all on the table. Make outs. I am a huge fan of make outs. But we'll get into specifics in a second.
Now, the requests. If you frowned when you saw my Optional Comments section on the request then I'm sorry! I wanted to think a bit more on what I wanted before I said anything more. If you didn't frown and were like: hell yeah! I get to play around with what I want then you can take this as extra info on my fannish feelings.
REQUEST UNO:
WOMEN OF THE OTHER WORLD - KELLEY ARMSTRONG: Jeremy Danvers, Jaime Vegas.
HOW BITTER AM I THEY ONLY GOT ONE BOOK + a shorty story? SO BITTAH, but that's mostly because I am SO INTO THEM and how we know that Jaime crushed for years, but then we learn SO DID JEREMY! I'm so interested in that because Jeremy is one of the more emotionally in control characters of the books and I just keep wondering how he dealt with all that lust bubbling up inside him and just how much he wanted to kiss her! Like we know you wanted to in Broken, Jeremy. IT'S SO OBVIOUS! I'm also interested in how so incredibly adult they are about the more complicated aspects of their relationship, with Jaime work requiring a lot of travelling and Jeremy handling being Pack Alpha (until he hands it over to Elena -- and that change in the pack is also something interesting to me and how it affects Jeremy and Jaime and how now he can leave Stonehaven more freely with less complications). Also the exploration of Jaime's powers and her apprehension about the risk necromancers face as they grow older is super interesting to me.
But mostly I just want them to have their own sexy adventures and how much they are into fucking each other they are. They're such teases who do sexy texting and appear into some delayed gratification, SEXY TEASES!
REQUEST DOS:
PASSIONS; Teresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, Fox Crane.
This one is such a guilty pleasure. I MEAN, PASSIONS lulz! That soap was a structural mess and yet so delightfully weird. I am just really into how much fun Teresa and Fox had and how they seemed to hide the less attractive aspects of themselves to all their love interested except each other! They were manipulative and ambitious and actually liked that about each other along with finding the other interesting, engaging, and fun. One of my favourite tropes the soap used for them was 'using each other to make other people jealous and then falling for each other' and I just wish they hadn't broken them up at all.

THE LIZZIE BENNET DIARIES; Lizzie Bennet, Charlotte Lu, Jane Bennet, but really I'm into bringing in the whole cast.
YOU ARE SO LUCKY! Because if you want to add later characters like Fitz or Darcy who by now have been officially introduced I AM SO FOR IT. Lately I've been having feelings about Lydia and Gigi Darcy becoming accidental friends and trolling Lizzie and Darcy. However, I'd just like to seeing how these characters interact in the modern setting the series produces and how that affects them and certain aspects of the story as well. I love when Charlotte and Jane push Lizzie to look outside her worldview and how they're all so close and comfortable with each other. They're not afraid to argue and call each other out. It'd be fun to see a situation where all the characters are thrown together and see what fireworks happen. I am also into Jane and Bing Lee making out, Lizzie and Darcy making out. I am always for make outs or awkward double dates. oMG AWKWARD DOUBLE DATES.
REQUEST QUATRO:
SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN (2012); Snow White, (Eric) The Huntsman.
Ideally I'd love a further explorations of this dynamic during the film -- they could have spent weeks in those woods! -- or after it. Either would be awesome, and After adds layers of Snow as she learns to rule her kingdom. I have a super extensive and faily tag about the film on tumblr here: swath. The movie itself did leave a lot to be desired and explored but these two! What a wonderfully step up pairing.
