Let me introduce you to some of my favourite films of the past decade. These are the films that I have enjoyed the most over the last ten years and that got a ridiculous amount of play on my tv or that I feel in love with when I watched them in the theatre. Some how, and don't ask me how, I managed to narrow this list down to 20 after I started

Also, I haven't seen about half of this list, but what I have seen: HELL. YES. And I love that you can really tell your love of the visual - they're all astonishingly beautiful films in how they're shot etc. for different reasons (some of them because the stars are just so damn pretty, true :D).

Random: what films came close but missed out?

I'm a complete sucker for cinematography, it's the hopeful photographer in me that loves images--or, like you said, pretty people. I'm shallow like that, okay! :D But seriously, backlit scenes? Colours that make your eyes pop? Traffic and Push almost made it here just for the pure joy I would get picspamming them. Like I said, SHALLOW. ;)

Tony Stark is a motherfucking rockstar, Pepper Potts is Awesome squared then multiplied by INFINITY, and just everything about this movie make me HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY. You can't ask me to be coherent about this film, because I just can't. It overwhelms me.
