That Shiny New Fandom Feeling
So about two weeks ago (maybe?) MTV was airing a recap of season 1 of Teen Wolf. I knew it existed, had watched a few minutes of the very first episode but decided against watching it because, frankly, it seemed corny. I kind of forgot about it for months and months. Me and this show were clearly not meant to be.
Then this recap of TW season 1 came on and, for lack of anything better to tune the TV to, I left it on MTV for background noise while I was on my laptop. The recap was underwhelming, but it eventually led me to checking out some fic and vids, buying the S1 DVDs and finally marathon watching the entire season all weekend long.
Yeah. Suffice to say, I'm a fan of Teen Wolf now. It's not the best show ever (and it certainly does have its share of corny parts), but it's a whole lot of fun. I recommend you give it a try, f-list, if you are/were a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer or any show like it.
My absolute favorite thing about this show? Is Stiles. He sort of reminds me of Xander Harris...
