January 21st - 27th, most depressing week of the year

Researchers with nothing else to do have calculated the most depressing day of the year in the United States as January 22nd, and January 24th in the UK. I have decided that the entire week from January 21st through the 27ths as the most despressing week of the year. Since I'm very affected by the season mood swings, I've sharply fallen into a my own little depression since the beginning of the month with a few days here and there where I feel alright.

The smart people with nothing better to do than calculate these averages say that this is the week where most of the New Years resolutions that are made are broken, debts from the holidays catch up, and piles of paper work (including taxes) all occur to cause depressions already aggravated by the vitamin D deficiencies developed with the lack of sunlight exposed to the skin. The largest organ of the human body, the skin, is responsible for all Vitamin D a person can make. Generally, you would not have to consume dairy products for Vitamin D, but it's best to increase some dairy intake during the winter, but sunlight is suggested to be healthier.

Anyway, I will be trying to not fall off the wagon and isolate myself, but it's looking pretty unlikely that I will be very social in the next few weeks
