Don't worry, Kubo has got to get on that train of Uryuu appreciation now. *gives him the death glare* You hear me Kubo?
Yessssssssss! *snuggles Uryuu* Uryuu always gets it the worst. The worst, cruelest injuries, the worst in living situations (abusive father, the living alone, the lack of mother, the loss of important teacher). WE NEED SOME F-ING FLUFF! XD
The stabbing was heart breaking, but the massive IchiUri has my heart singing. I think Ichigo's actions are going to grow more severe and pronounced. I don't think he's appreciated all that's happened to Uryuu yet because I don't think he's really taken it in yet...I think he hasn't noticed everything because Uryuu's missing an arm and that happened since Ichigo blacked out, but hasn't been addressed. Now that the immediate threat is gone, to be realistic, Ichigo needs to halt and have a severe "Oh...oh my God..." moment. He hurt someone close to him with his own hands for the first time. This will be the cause of SERIOUS, CRIPPLING ANGST, depression, vulnerability, an ache for forgiveness...and to remedy this angst, I declare there must be a tender moment. Though that smile was soooooooooo adoring for someone who'd been stabbed. I really wasn't expecting that, the man that I love is back smile before being healed. Uryuu is completely head over heels for Ichigo, and it grows more obvious everyday. :3 Ichigo needs an epic display to show it back to prove he's worthy of forgiveness. Kubo has to give us that because his main character has to be redeemable.
Uryuu's treatment doesn't leave me sad so much as angry, especially since no one has gotten off their ass as Uryuu is repeatedly TROUNCED. I guess in some ways this time Uryuu is in the reverse role he had in Soul Society. He seems to be trying so much harder to show he can help Ichigo in HC...even having a painful, wistful glance as he mentions not being able to get to Ichigo more quickly. He keeps trying to be the one to save Ichigo in HC (Yami bomb, etc), though he always ends up as the damsel in distress no matter what eventually because Kubo is so cruel to our Uryuu when it comes to injury. Jesus, Uli just yanked the sword from him to add more injury and insult to injury. He's missing an arm and has two separate stomach wounds, but somehow Inoue continues to sit there like a f-ing dolt and do nothing. Hello, blood clotting agents to take care of ORGAN DAMAGE. Even in the heat of battle in other areas, she managed to heal some people. *slaps her*

Whoops, that's supposed to say "blood clotting agents don't take care of organ damage." My fingers got ahead of me I guess. XD
